Changelog

The canonical changelog lives at the repo root — CHANGELOG.md — so it renders natively on GitHub's repo page as well as here. Kept as a single source rather than duplicated, to avoid the two copies drifting apart.

Version history is also browsable directly on the published site via the version selector in the top navigation bar (powered by mike).
