Getting Started

Signing up

  1. Create your account with your name, email, and a password.
  2. Set up your organisation. If you're starting fresh, you'll name your business, choose your industry (retail, hospitality, pharmacy, and so on — this tailors the products to how your business actually works), and pick a size. If a colleague has already set up your organisation, you can join it instead by searching for it and requesting access.
  3. Choose a plan. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the platform with your own data before committing. See Subscriptions & Billing for how plans and trials work.
  4. You're in — the person who creates the organisation becomes its administrator, with access to invite the rest of the team and configure settings.

Adding your team

Once your organisation is set up, invite your staff and assign them roles — cashier, manager, accountant, and so on, depending on the product. Each product has its own set of roles suited to how that part of the business runs (a POS cashier's permissions look different from an ERP payroll administrator's), but everyone logs in through the same account.

Adding a product

Your organisation isn't locked into the products you picked at signup. As your business grows — or if you're expanding into a new part of the business — you can add another product (say, moving from just POS to also using Treasury for full accounting) without creating a new account or re-entering your team.

Getting help

Each product includes its own in-app guidance for day-to-day tasks. If you run into something this guide doesn't cover, reach out to your account contact or support channel.
