Account & Organisation

Every Codevertex Africa product — Inventory, POS, Treasury, and the rest — shares one account, one login, and one place to manage your organisation. This section covers that shared layer: the centralized SSO portal at accounts.codevertexafrica.com.

• Signing In — logging in, resetting a forgotten password, and the other sign-in options available.
• Managing Your Organisation — the "My Organization" hub: branding, branches/outlets, your team and their access, billing, and getting support. This is also where a new staff member's PIN gets set up — the same PIN used to log in to Inventory, POS, and the other products.

This guide is written for organisation admins. If you're staff logging in to do your job day to day — adding products, ringing up sales, and so on — see that product's own Service Guide instead (for example, Inventory); it links back here for anything that's managed centrally rather than per-product.

Before you start

You'll need an account. If your organisation is already on Codevertex Africa, ask your admin to add you (see Managing Your Organisation) — you don't sign up separately for each product.
